In August we welcomed two great wine enthusiasts Shelley & Simon to La Bellevue.Keen to embark on their passion of ‘wine & French cuisine' Shelley & Simons stay got underway with an extensive wine course - The 'Ultimus' Tasting'.
Privately hosted The 'Ultimus' Tasting is a fun and informative wine course and wine tasting. Comprehensive explanations of wine creation & alchemy from Gérald combined with a private visit of the Domaine makes perfect sense of what can be viewed as an overwhelming subject.
And what of the sampled wines? These can continue to be savoured thoughout a stay at La Bellevue.
