France has reclaimed the title of being the World No 1 Wine Producer in 2010, ahead of Italy and Spain after producing an estimated 419 million cases.

Enjoying mild temperatures for the time of year and glorious winter sunshine I took Augustin and Constance for a walk through the vines. Not wanting to be left out Biscotte came too!
After harvest and during the winter months the taillage of the cabernet franc and chenin blanc vines begins in preparation for spring and I wasn't alone enjoying the glorious day, many of the local vine growers were too.
